Annapolis Mayor Michael Pantelides announces that temporary guest parking permits are now available for purchase online.
“This new innovation is one more way we are making city life more convenient for residents and their guests,” said Mayor Pantelides. “Rather than requiring residents to pick up temporary guest parking permits at the Hillman Garage, they can now go online to purchase and print the permits or just email them from wherever they are.”
Residents who have already provided documentation establishing residency through the annual permit purchase process do not need to provide this documentation again when purchasing temporary guest permits. Residents who wish to continue purchasing temporary permits in person are welcome to do so.
Individuals can simply login to their account, proceed through the process, select a temporary permit, and enter the dates for which the permit is to be used. Residents who live within one of the five Special Residential Parking Districts, but do not have an annual permit, may purchase temporary permits as well. They will need to provide documentation to support their residency in similar fashion to those with an annual permit. Go to annapolisparking.com and click on Residential Permits.
Once a temporary guest permit has been purchased online, it must be printed and placed on the guest’s vehicle dashboard so that parking ambassadors can scan the barcode.

The purchasing portal utilizes encrypted “SSL” technology to protect customer data during the purchasing process.
